Yes I can customize any piece to fit your needs. If you would like a different color, size or theme, just let me know and I would be glad to do that for you.

No. All of the jewelry is nickel and lead free.

What type of material are the beads made of?
Some of the beads are glass where others are plastic. Some of the pieces have a mixture of both glass and plastic.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of receiving product and I will be happy to refund your money. After 7 days have passed a refund will not be given.

Make sure shipping address is correct
When shipping all orders, we ship to the address that the customer has provided us with during checkout. If you wish for us to ship an order to a different address or directly to a gift recipient, please let us know this either by leaving us a note in the "Notes to Seller" text box during checkout or by sending us an email immediately after checkout. 2 Hands 1 Heart is not responsible for refunds or replacements if an order is sent to the wrong address due to a buyer providing us with incorrect shipping information or failing to let us know that an order was supposed to be shipped to someone other than the buyer.
